Client Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Following is Query Group's standard policy. We are also happy to sign client NDAs.
Confidentiality
Client projects, as well as inquiries from prospects, are considered confidential.
We will only disclose information about a project to contacts you specify. Those contacts may be limited to specific information, such as finished reports vs. raw data.
If you are a consultant, Query Group is accustomed to working "behind the scenes." We consider the name of your client to be confidential as well as the project description.
Intellectual Property
Project content is yours, including:
- Questionnaire drafts
- Name lists
- Data files
- Reports
- Your logos and trade names
Technology used to support surveys, including applications developed for a specific project, is the property of either Query Group or firms from which components are licensed.
Query Group archives all client projects for a minimum of two years. Archives are destroyed upon request.
