Survey & Technical Coaching

Coaching is a great way to learn more about surveys while moving a project forward.

How Does it Work?

  • We use conference calls and shared computer sessions, working in your real project files, not examples
  • In a typical session you'll have priorities of what you want to learn or accomplish, and beyond that it's a free-form opportunity to "pick the brain" of an expert
  • Clients will sometimes use coaching as a shortcut when under deadline, getting their survey out the door, then returning later to work on reports
  • Most clients use 1-3 hours coaching, perhaps returning a few projects later to learn another layer

If you're uncertain about what you might do in a coaching session, the services listed under Survey Projects may spark some ideas.

QuickFix Accounts

Sometimes you just have a question or two!

A few of my clients were banging their heads against problems for hours before calling in the calvalry, so I created QuickFix Accounts. For one project, you may need a mini coaching over the phone, while for another you may want to send the file and say "Just fix it."

Whichever way you go, you can use as little as 10 minutes per issue, because you're pulling the time from a pre-paid account—the simplified accounting lets me help in smaller bites. Time in your account never expires.

SurveyPro Training & Coaching

Whether you want to pick up the basics or make SurveyPro jump through hoops, you've come to the right place. Coaching is available for SurveyPro v3-5 and all add-on applications.

In addition to coaching sessions, I've created the Mastering SurveyPro self-paced training.

Query Group's Ann Ray has been using SurveyPro since before 1.0 released, and has written many of Apian's technical documents—including developing their 3 day training course.
