Purchasing Services

Fixed bid projects are invoiced in advance or according to the schedule set on your project proposal. If a project is delayed or put on hold, this does not affect the payment schedule. Hourly project components are invoiced either incrementally or after the poject wraps. Fees for canceled projects are pro-rated based on the work performed.

QuickFix accounts and other pre-paid coaching/service accounts are non-refundable, but the time banked does not expire.

Product Orders

The Mastering SurveyPro training series, templates, and widgets are digital products, with download links provided within 1 business day. Your download page will be available for 60 days, so be sure to save the files to your system within that period.

If you purchase a printed workbook and CD for your training modules, that portion of your order should ship within 1 week. Workbooks are charged to your card with the download.

Product Returns

The Mastering SurveyPro series has an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee.

If you bought through Query Group:
Contact info@querygroup.com with your order number and return request. You will be e-mailed a return form which we will need to have signed and faxed to our office. Refunds of the download and workbook/CD price will be made to your card within 3 business days of when we receive the form. International and express shipping charges are not refunded.

If you bought through Apian Software:
You will need to contact sales@apian.com with your return request. Again, the return form will need to be signed before your refund can be processed.

Defective workbooks and CDs are replaced at no charge. You may contact Query Group directly even if you purchased through Apian.
